Our Barre, Muay Thai, and High Intensity inspired group fitness classes incorporate elements of functional training, pilates, and yoga; all choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use muay thai boxing bags, pull-ups, the barre and a variety of exercise equipment to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. The small, controlled movements that take place in barre classes reduce pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine. By working out at Beatz Barre regularly, you'll also notice a remarkable improvement in your core strength and posture.
In a Beatz Barre class you can burn up to 1,200 calories in one session. One of the most dramatic effects of Beatz Barre is how quickly it increases muscle tone and endurance. As multi-joint movements make your body work harder, increase your heart rate and spike your metabolism so that you are burning more calories it's much more efficient than normal endurance or strength training. It’s a 60 minute battle that produces results quickly. Focusing on intensity instead of time, our classes cause your body to consume more oxygen, leading to an increased metabolic rate where calories can continue to burn for up to 24 hours after completing a single class.

Our interval training provides a rush of endorphins in your body, and stimulates the neurons of your brain. The music pushes you to work harder than you ever thought you could. Any previous fitness stress will fall away, as the studio becomes a community of collective accomplishment.
ONE DAY AT A TIME
Each day at Beatz Barre places focus on different muscle groups. By training opposing muscle groups in the same workout you get better intra-workout recovery. Additionally, using an opposing muscle group split helps ensure you’re providing balance to both sides of the body so that you build and/or maintain muscle equity. If you are looking for fat loss, doing six days in a row and then resting on the seventh works best if time allows. The program is designed for you to work out consistently with one rest day a week. Three and five day a week programs also work well if you're just getting started. If you want to determine the best approach for you, talk with your instructor for a recommendation.

Shoulders, Arms & Abs
This fast and effective circuit was designed to tone your shoulders, arms and abs to build an impressive upper body. Lookout for the core finishers that will help boost strength and slim the middle section to be bikini ready.
Best Booty Lift
We love a good leg day and booty burn. This leg and glute workout will melt away excess fat while simultaneously working to tone your muscles, leaving you with a beautifully defined lower body.
Chest, Back & Abs
Pull your own weight and push yourself with this chest and back circuit. Let's get seriously hardcore taking the core finishers beyond crunches and sit-ups. Get ready for the pump of your life.
Beatz & Abs
To build a strong core quickly but effectively, we focus on a routine that touches all major core muscles, including the pelvic floor muscles, traverse abdominal muscles, erector spine muscles, and obliques. Six-pack, eight-pack (genetic freaks), washboard, whatever you want to call it, your core is the centerpiece for any muscular physique. It is the eye-catcher for your next door crush.
Fridays are reserved for the complete Beatz Barre workout. A muscle and strength building program for everyone. It is designed to target all major and minor muscle groups, allowing you to maximize fat burn and feeling great while you do it.
Saturdays are reserved for the complete Beatz Barre workout. Put the work week behind you and turn your body into a Fat-Burning Machine!

For those members that want to focus all their energy at the barre, join our Barre Intensive class. One hour focused on providing a full-body isometric workout to pinpoint the areas we typically won't push ourselves to target at the gym.
POP UP FOUNDATIONS (MEMBERS ONLY)
Barre, Body Flow, Muay-Thai, Kettlebell, and Rope Work
Foundation classes will dive deep into technique of the specific workout style. Each class will have a maximum size of 6 members per program to ensure an individualized experience with attention to detail.
